Bloom grew up in West Hartford, CT and attended Loomis Chaffee High School. He is devoted to providing his patients with innovative and compassionate care and if surgery is required, he employs the latest techniques and technology to get patients back to their active lifestyles.ĭr. Bloom takes a personalized approach with each patient, tailoring their treatment with the goal of conservative, nonoperative management.
